In the title story, Isiah Maxwell plays the owner/landlord of a house, unexpectedly moving into the place, much to the shock of the current tenant, played by Avery Black. It's a "corporate housing" situation. That is, not only does Maxwell's character own the house, but he also works in a managerial position with Avery during the day in an office. In turn, Maxwell's shady character takes full advantage of both positions: the one in the office and the one at their "home." Also, there are no locks on the doors, and Maxwell walks in on Avery whenever he damn well pleases. She hates it. Who could blame her? He also seems to regularly materialize out of nowhere, scaring the pants off of Black (at least figuratively speaking, for now). Avery tells Isiah that she would never have taken this job had she known it would be under these bizarre conditions. But, as Maxwell reminds her, the house is free to stay in, and the job pays well. "Why don't we just make the most out of this situation?," he sleazily tells her. And yep, she caves in soon enough, meaning that we're off to some scorching sex upon the living room sofa.

Avery — who has a tight, all-natural little bod — is highly passionate in the sack, yet she's particularly phenomenal when it comes to cock-sucking. And right when Kimmy decides to tell Robby that she really wants to leave to attend college, he pressures her (in a nice way) into having sex with him, since it's (as the title clearly indicates) "His Dying Wish." And what a magnificent last wish: going to bed with Kimmy Kim! Damn!

Kimmy seems a little tense about the situation at first, but soon gets into the spirit of things. She also has such a marvelously sweet little body, complete with a killer, juicy ass — and all crowned by an exceptionally pretty face. What's not to love here?
